Can I cancel or change my order?
Canceling or changing an order is not possible. After an order is confirmed, the packing and shipping process starts immediately. Therefore, we are not able to make changes. Of course, after receiving your order, you can return it within 14 days. We refer you to the Return & Refunds tab for more information.
Can I change my shipping or invoice data after placing the order?
We work with an automated warehouse. This means that we are very quick with the process to pack and prepare your order. Therefore, it is not possible to adjust data unfortunately. If you still want data to be modified, you can place a new order with the correct data and return the first item(s). You will be issued a full refund for the item(s) excluding the shipping costs.
