How can I return my order?
When returning an item the customer is responsible for the shipment and costs. Your Merchandise can only process a refund once we have received the products in good condition. We therefore advice you to always keep hold of your Track & Trace code and receipts. Be sure to mention the article, order number and the reason why you would like to send back the product(s).
- Put the item(s) into the correct packaging
- Stick the return label onto the packaging which can be found in the delivered package
- Bring it to the nearest parcel or post office
