How can I return my order?

When returning an item the customer is responsible for the shipment and costs. Your Merchandise can only process a refund once we have received the products in good condition. We therefore advice you to always keep hold of your Track & Trace code and receipts. Be sure to mention the article, order number and the reason why you would like to send back the product(s). 

  1. Put the item(s) into the correct packaging
  2. Stick the return label onto the packaging which can be found in the delivered package
  3. Bring it to the nearest parcel or post office
